I was looking for a prenatal Pilates studio and chanced upon Umalas, truly such a gem! The staff was incredibly professional and thoughtful. She took the time to understand my experience with Pilates, how many weeks pregnant I am and my current activity level, which made me feel really well taken care of. The studio itself is very new, clean, and such a calming space to be in. And special shoutout to my instructor, Ray - he’s amazing! He’s super gentle, patient, and attentive, and always took the time to correct my posture and ensure I was doing each movement safely. I felt completely at ease and safe in his hands. I enjoyed the session so much that I signed up for another one on the spot! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a Pilates studio!
