This class is aimed to create body awareness during movement that is useful for daily life, create mobility and flexibility in the spine. This class uses Pilates Reformer, boxes and Pilates props.BURN

This class is for conventional Pilates repertoire lovers. You will get to do all Pilates movements that you love: flexion, extension, rotation, lateral flexion, stability, flexibility, and balance. You will use Reformer, Chair, Long Box, Short Box, as well as Pilates props. Finish feeling aligned!
INTERMEDIATE ADVANCED
This high-intensity endurance class will deliver total body burn, combining intermittent planks and full-body Pilates strength training to provide maximum results using Reformer, Chair, Long Box, Short Box, and Pilates props. You will get your heart rate up while sculpting long and lean muscles.DYNAMIC
